Pick-up is available in the following Chinese cities:

After creating your international shipping order(s), you can schedule for a pick-up in the User Center. Input the pick-up address and if shipping options appear then it means that pick-up service is available. The approximate fee will also appear.
If pick-up service is not available in your area, then you will have to arrange with your local carrier to send the package(s) to our Shenzhen warehouse:

Notes:
1. Domestic delivery within China is inexpensive and we encourage you to send the package(s) to us via your local carrier instead of arranging for pick-up.
2. Our SFC driver is also able to pick-up from most areas within Shenzhen. If you have at least 20 packages or if total weight exceeds 5 kg, then we can pick-up free-of-charge. Otherwise, it will be 20 yuan per pick-up trip.
