关于西班牙专线物品描述不当的通知

尊敬的客户，

您好！

接承运商通知，西班牙专线（ESEXP）寄出的货物，如物品描述为“ hump styling cafe racer seat” ，建议描述改为“moto accessories”，“cafe”“coffee”都属于敏感词，容易造成扣关问题。

以下物品描述都比较敏感，应尽量避免（红色标注），具体为：

• MOBILE / PHONE – Anything including this word will be stopped and inspected by customs (e.g. telephone, Iphone, headphone, earphone, microphone, etc…)

• BRAND NAMES – You shouldn′t use any brand names because the customs authorities will most probably stop these shipments to confirm with the official brands if the item is a falsification or not. (E.g. Iphone, Samsung, Huawei, etc….)

• CAMERA – It′s preferable to use Photography material or accessories.

• LAPTOP

• WINE

• FRUIT / VEGETABLES / COFFEE / CHOCOLATE / MILK – FOOD PRODUCTS IN GENERAL are subject to inspections so it′s better off not mentioning them.

• BATTERY

• TABLET

• ANIMAL PRODUCTS
