关于快邮三级小包欧盟航运标签（小黄标）已变更的通知

尊敬的客户，

       您好！

       自2014年10月17日起，快邮三级小包（平邮/SFCQM3，挂号/SFCQM3R）发往欧盟国家的包裹需要粘贴欧盟航运标签，该标签主要用于目的国清关。

       接承运商通知，即日起，欧盟航运标签已变更，标签的底色必须为黄色，字体为黑色，尺寸为 49*23mm。

原标签文字内容为：Goods not fulfilling the conditions prescribed by Artcles 9 and 10 of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community.

新标签文字内容为：Goods not fulfilling the conditions laid down in Articles 28 and 29 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union.

请客户登入物流系统下单申请该标签并贴于包裹上（可参考：www.sfcservice.com/app/upload/docs/image/orderlabel.png），非欧盟国家则无需粘贴。
